    At Deep Roots Therapy, I believe in working with the root cause — not just the symptoms. My aim isn’t to keep you coming back forever, but to help you experience genuine, lasting change as soon as possible.

  • I bring together modern hypnotherapy, emotional release techniques, and compassionate, trauma-aware tools to help you feel lighter, clearer, and more empowered — from the inside out.

  • Most therapy sessions are 50 minutes. Mine are up to 4 hours — and for good reason. Your healing deserves more time, more care, and a truly personal approach.

    🧠 A full, personalised consultation (up to 1 hour)
    We’ll explore what you want to change and why — with plenty of time to ask questions, feel comfortable, and receive practical tips to take away.

    🌀 A transformational first session (2–3 hours)
    This is where the deeper work happens — releasing emotional patterns, calming the nervous system, and guiding your subconscious to support the change you want.

    🌿 Follow-up support and tools
    Because healing isn’t just what happens in the chair. You’ll leave with insight, clarity, and often a simple practice to continue at home.

  • 🌱 Flexible, client-led approach

    My standard rate is £50 per hour.

    Many of my clients choose to begin with a single 1-hour session, especially if they’re curious to see how hypnotherapy feels or want to focus on something specific.

    However, after our initial consultation, we may find that a longer, deeper session (usually 2–3 hours) would best support the root-level healing you’re looking for.
